Brand awareness wasn\u2019t present and Brand Search volume was quite low.<\/p><div class=\"sub-head\"><h4><br \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; border-radius: 10px;\" src=\"https:\/\/clixpertdemo.com\/clixpert24\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/blind-inspiration-banner-small.jpg\" \/><\/h4><h4>Insight<\/h4><\/div><p>Even though Blind Inspiration had a huge traffic volume from the generic paid search, it had very less exposure of its own Brand. We had to work on various offline activities and then tie it up with Online activities to bring the Brand to light and increase the Brand search volume.<\/p><p>Our challenge was to increase Brand Search for the keyword \u201cBlind Inspiration\u201d. Several steps both offline and online were taken to increase Brand search. Linking offline activity to online and capturing offline users through online activity was the challenge.<\/p><p>The approach was to make sure<\/p><ul class=\"inner-ul\"><li>Both online and offline communications served one strategy.<\/li><li>Cross channel messaging consistency.<\/li><li>The strategic implementation of online activity<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"sub-head\"><h4>The Approach<\/h4><\/div><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"flwid image-border-style\" title=\"Clixpert Blind Inspiration Approach\" src=\"https:\/\/www.clixpert.com.au\/images\/clixpert-blind-inspiration-approach.JPG\" alt=\"Blind Inspiration Approach Diagram\" \/><\/p><div class=\"sub-head\"><h4>Offline Activities<\/h4><\/div><p>Blind Inspiration took part in expos and advertised on prints and magazines.<\/p><div class=\"sub-head\"><h4>Online Activities<\/h4><\/div><p>We made it a point to advertise on Brand Terms to capture and be there when people start looking for the Brand online.<\/p><div class=\"sub-head\"><h4>Ad Creative<\/h4><\/div><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"flwid image-border-style\" title=\"Blind Inspiration Approach Ad Creative\" src=\"https:\/\/www.clixpert.com.au\/images\/blind-inspiration-ad-creative.png\" alt=\"Blind Inspiration Google Search Ad\" \/><\/p><div class=\"sub-head\"><h4>Best Practices<\/h4><\/div><h5><strong>Ad Structure<\/strong><\/h5><p>Brand ads were created with all relevant ad extensions (Extended sitelinks, Call extension, Call out extension, Structured snippet and Location extension) and made sure the BRAND was highlighted. Seasonality sale was added to the text. This varies every season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn) Keywords variations (BMM, Phrase and Exact) were added to the brand terms.<\/p><h5><strong>Attribution modeling<\/strong><\/h5><p>Conversions were moved from last click to position based measures. This helped to give 40% of credit to both the first- and last-clicked ads and corresponding keyword, with the remaining 20% spread out across the other clicks on the path. Which helped focus on new and returning visitors.<\/p><h5><strong>Brand Remarketing<\/strong><\/h5><p>Then came the Brand RLSA campaign. Brand RLSA helped us better tailor the search campaigns to target more qualified and valuable users who are aware of the website. This strategy was mainly used to increase Brand conversions by following those who have been to the website.<\/p><h5><strong>Online Reviews<\/strong><\/h5><p>We also worked on the Google My Business page.
